Our exams were created by industry professionals for individuals working with and around and in accordance with the Federal MyCompany signup portal 29 CFR Part 1926, Subpart CC.

Upon successful completion of our certification program you will be issued an MyCompany signup portal Compliance Certification.
Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements including Medical, Code of Ethics, and Substance Abuse throughout the five-year certification period. To maintain certified status, operators must recertify every five years.
MyCompany signup portalCC certification is valid for a five year period. In order to be eligible for recertification, candidates must complete all recertification criteria during the 12 month period prior to the current certification’s date of expiration. The following criteria applies:
The Core Recertification Exam includes 40 multiple-choice questions, which candidates are given 45 minutes to complete.
Each Classification Recertification Exam includes 10 multiple-choice questions, which candidates are given 30 minutes to complete.
Candidates are allowed (3) three attempts to pass the Recertification Written Exams before their certification expires. If after three attempts a recertification candidate is unsuccessful, they must wait 12 months to retake their exams.
Operator Certification
Recertification extends a certificant's credentials for an additional five-year period. To recertify, Candidates must retake the Written Core, Classification, and Practical Exams. However, the Practical Exam may be waived with 1,000 hours of experience, accumulated during their previous five‐year certification period.
To be eligible for recertification, certified operators must meet the following criteria prior to their current certification’s expiration date.
Candidates are allowed three attempts to pass the Recertification exams before their certification expires. If, after three attempts a Candidate is unsuccessful, they must wait 12 months to retake their exams. operators are not retroactively certified. If a certification expires before a Candidate can pass all the required exams, then the Candidate is no longer eligible for a recertification. They must begin a new enrollment and pass all required exams.
Recertification is only offered to operators who received their initial certification through MyCompany signup portal Compliance.
